Mid-level Antitrust Litigation Associate

A law firm seeks a skilled mid-level associate to join its Washington, DC-based Antitrust Practice. The position focuses on civil litigation and government enforcement, offering a dynamic environment for attorneys with expertise in antitrust matters and class actions.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation, including class action lawsuits.
• Manage all major phases of civil litigation, such as discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Support clients during government enforcement actions and investigations.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation.
• Familiarity with government enforcement processes is highly desirable.
• Strong academic foundation with demonstrated excellence in legal analysis and writing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where the position is located, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
