Duties:

  • Oversee a diverse caseload focused on creditors' rights, ensuring effective and timely representation of clients.

  • Represent clients in court, advocating for their interests in various legal matters.

  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, including TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code, to provide informed legal guidance.

Requirements:

  • Must be a member in good standing with the Missouri State Bar and licensed (or able to obtain licensure quickly) in the Missouri federal district and bankruptcy courts.
  • Preference for candidates with 5+ years of litigation experience; newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with the Missouri legal system and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Missouri State Bar is required.
  • Additional Bar licenses in other states are a plus.
