Duties

• Handle all stages of litigation, including pre-suit, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in individual and class-action consumer law cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings or depositions.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met.
• Participate in periodic travel for case-related matters as required.
• Pursue federal district court admissions as necessary.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of legal experience, with a focus on consumer protection law preferred.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Ability to negotiate and handle litigation matters effectively.
• Motivated and ambitious, with a passion for consumer law.
• Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar or awaiting results.
• Admission to additional state bars (NJ, NY, CA, TX, MI) is a plus.
• Willingness to seek admission to federal district courts across the country.
• Periodic travel required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or pending).
• Additional state bar memberships a plus.
