A prominent law firm located in Savannah, GA, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Attorney to manage real estate closings and provide comprehensive legal support to their growing clientele. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate law, with a focus on real estate transactions and estate planning. The firm is looking for an attorney with exceptional client service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex legal matters in a collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Oversee the entire real estate closing process, including reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, preparing closing documents, and ensuring proper funding.
• Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Facilitate communication between clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other involved parties.
• Keep current with evolving real estate laws and regulations in the state of Georgia.
• Address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the closing phase.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• 3-5 years of legal experience with a focus on real estate closings.
• Strong client service skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
