Duties:

• Lead all stages of personal injury litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and responses to discovery requests.
• Represent clients during depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court to ensure timely case progression.
• Develop case strategies to secure favorable results for clients.
• Maintain thorough and organized case files.
• Stay updated with changes in personal injury law and litigation procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on advocacy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Strong commitment to client service and case outcomes.
• Active membership with the State Bar of Georgia.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
