Job Overview:

This role involves handling a broad range of antitrust matters, including civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and criminal enforcement cases. Duties:

• Represent clients in complex civil antitrust litigation.
• Handle DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice on antitrust issues.
• Work closely with federal enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.
• Draft and review legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust matters.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and trial preparation.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in antitrust law (law school class years 2018-2022).
• Experience representing clients in civil litigation and government investigations.
• Strong knowledge of antitrust laws and regulations.
• Experience working with DOJ/FTC or prior government service with these agencies is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Top academic credentials are highly desired.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in California or eligible to be admitted.
