Structured Finance Of Counsel

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Structured Finance Of Counsel to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This position requires a deep understanding of structured finance, securitization, and CLOs and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and promptly reply to correspondence.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• JD degree.
• 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and CLO experience.
• Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in PA.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
