  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the legal process.
  • Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Manage case files and documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Participate in firm meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing membership with the North Dakota State Bar.
  • Experience in estate planning, probate, or related legal fields is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
