• Conduct Examinations Before Trial (EBTs) and other pre-trial depositions.

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure high-quality case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven experience in conducting trials, EBTs, and handling court appearances.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage settlement discussions.
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
