Duties

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial
• Prepare and draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and manage client interactions throughout the litigation process
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as needed
• Efficiently manage a caseload while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure optimal client outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active California Bar License (Required)
