Consumer Financial Services Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Consumer Financial Services Associate Attorney for its New York City office. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of experience in business, commercial, or financial services litigation. This position offers the opportunity to immediately engage in client-facing work, court appearances, and case management. The role will involve working with a highly regarded practice group and providing valuable contributions to diverse and complex legal matters.

Duties:

• Manage litigation cases related to consumer financial services, including business and commercial disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and develop case strategies.
• Participate in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare other key documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and client communications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent updates and consultations.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide insightful recommendations for case progression.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience in business, commercial, or financial services law.

Education:
