• Have extensive interaction with various clients, including universities, start-ups, and other companies, to help protect their innovations.
• Possess a strong background in patent prosecution.
• Have 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution and USPTO registration.
• Hold a master's or PhD in organic chemistry, with an ability to understand synthetic and polymer chemistry technologies.
• Demonstrate skills and knowledge related to preparing patent applications for submission to the USPTO and responding to office actions from the USPTO and other patent offices.
• Preferably, have experience with patent freedom to operate and patent litigation.
• Possesses strong academic records, developed analytical skills, and impressive communication abilities.
• Exhibit a detail-oriented approach, the ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in active practice, a collaborative outlook, and confidence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• USPTO registration.
• 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution.
