Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support for technology and intellectual property transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, and joint ventures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including collaboration, outsourcing, and license agreements.
  • Manage and execute transactions related to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Advise clients on strategic commercial agreements and intellectual property matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support transactional work and provide insights on industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and transactional meetings, maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in technology and intellectual property transactional law, with a strong focus on life sciences.

Education:
