Associate Attorney Litigation/Real Estate

A law firm seeks an associate attorney to join its Litigation and Real Estate practice groups in Towson, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation with an interest in real estate matters, including multi-family landlord-tenant law. Duties:

• Handle litigation cases with a focus on real estate and construction disputes.
• Represent clients in landlord-tenant matters, particularly in multi-family real estate.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and legal matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Interest and experience in real estate law, particularly landlord-tenant disputes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
