Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and paternity disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, hearings, and trials.
