Duties:

• Draft, review, and revise commercial purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial leases, with a focus on retail properties.
• Manage and advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease structuring.
• Conduct legal research and offer sound legal advice to clients in the real estate sector.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in real estate transactions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in real estate law, including handling commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing, particularly in retail settings.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and provide strategic legal counsel.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
