This position involves handling various aspects of personal injury defense litigation, including trials and appeals. The attorney will work on defending municipal defendants and manage the entire litigation process, from pleadings to verdicts.

Duties:

• Handle all stages of personal injury defense litigation.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Engage in trial and appellate practice as required.
• Defend municipal clients and other defendants in personal injury cases.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in personal injury defense litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
