Duties:

  • Handle corporate transactional matters, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters.

  • Advise middle market companies on various general corporate matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis as required.
  • Assist with due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience.
  • Experience with private company mergers and acquisitions.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance principles.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
