The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for prior work in divorce and family law and courtroom experience. The role involves managing various litigation cases and representing clients in court, requiring a thorough understanding of relevant legal issues and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters primarily related to divorce and family law, probate/trust litigation, and real estate litigation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Manage case files, including discovery, depositions, and other pre-trial activities.
• Prepare and present cases in court, ensuring effective advocacy on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to develop case strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on divorce and family law being a significant plus.
• Prior courtroom experience is highly desirable.
• Utah Bar admission is required.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Utah State Bar.
