The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in family law and will play a key role in providing legal counsel and representation to clients in domestic relations matters.

Duties

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including court appearances, hearings, and mediations
• Handle legal research and analysis related to family law cases
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Engage in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution
• Adhere to all relevant legal standards and ethical requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance firm practices and drive innovation
• Provide expert legal guidance to clients and ensure they are well-informed throughout the legal process

Requirements

• Experience in Family Law
• Strong proficiency in legal research and document preparation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of professionalism
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado
• Previous experience working in a family law firm environment is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
