Location:

Duties:

• Collaborate with Partners on litigation cases and assist in preparing legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in managing a caseload and provide legal support for ongoing cases.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as required.
• Analyze case information and contribute to case strategy development.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Licensing:
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in legal research, writing, and litigation is preferred.
  • Experience in handling cases in the litigation field is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude toward the practice of law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
