A law firm in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced Probate and Real Estate Attorney to handle a variety of legal matters, including probate, estate planning, business formations, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of probate cases
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies and draft necessary legal documents
  • Collaborate with escrow officers, real estate agents, brokers, and other professionals involved in real estate transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, deeds, contracts, and financing agreements
  • Represent clients in real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant conflicts, boundary disputes, and other property-related matters
  • Oversee and advise on the negotiation, modification, and termination of real estate contracts

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in Texas
  • Experience in probate law and real estate transactions
  • Strong understanding of Texas real estate laws and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently and efficiently
  • Prior experience in real estate litigation and dispute resolution is a plus

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
