Duties:

  • Conduct depositions, including preparation, defense, and examination of witnesses.
  • Perform thorough legal research and provide comprehensive analyses to support litigation strategies.
  • Participate in hearings, oral arguments, and other court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on intellectual property and trade secrets.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and engaging in high-level legal writing.
  • Admitted to the Delaware Bar or eligibility and willingness to sit for the Delaware bar exam.
  • Practical experience practicing in the District of Delaware.
  • Strong oral advocacy and research skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Delaware Bar or commitment to obtaining Delaware Bar admission.
