This role focuses on advising clients on the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and the management of executive employment agreements, equity incentive plans, and related legal matters.

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements.
  • Develop and manage equity incentive plans, including profits interest plans.
  • Provide counsel on compensation and benefits issues during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advise clients on legal compliance regarding executive compensation and employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with clients to structure, design, and implement employee benefits plans.

Requirements:
