The successful candidate will work with a dedicated legal team, providing comprehensive support on traditional and alternative investment transactions for clients such as pension funds, family offices, endowments, universities, and insurance organizations. Duties

  • Advise clients on various investment transactions, including alternative and traditional investment structures.
  • Collaborate with various legal teams to provide multi-faceted services to clients in the investment management field.
  • Draft, review, and manage complex transaction documents with accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct negotiations and maintain regular, clear communication with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring all tasks are organized and completed responsively.
  • Contribute to pro bono and community-oriented legal projects as part of the firm’s service commitment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years in investment management, fund formation, or related legal areas.
  • Licensing: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school; active law license required.
  • Skills: High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, especially in document management.
  • Communication: Client-centered approach with effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent settings.
  • Project Management: Capacity to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
