Duties:

• Manage and handle construction defect litigation from start to finish, specializing in the defense side.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, initial pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct depositions, both defending and taking them.
• Provide legal research and analysis in preparation for case strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and client communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Take on a proactive role in case preparation and strategy discussions.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience in construction defect litigation (defense side).
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in California.
