The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with licensure in Pennsylvania, showcasing expertise in managing various real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and property development. Planned community and condominium experience is a plus. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, disposition, and property development.
  • Draft and negotiate complex documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel on planned community and condominium matters.
  • Analyze legal issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay informed about relevant real estate laws and regulations.
  • Conduct due diligence and title examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) with licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Planned community and condominium experience (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
