Duties:

  • Conduct legal research on a variety of issues within Civil Litigation or Corporate/Business Law.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategies and client matters.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide excellent client service.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Civil Litigation or Corporate/Business Law; experience in other areas of practice will be considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Admission to practice law in the State of Wisconsin or eligibility for admission.

 

Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
