Job Overview
A prestigious law firm based in Seattle, WA, seeks a highly skilled Healthcare Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with healthcare clients on federal and state regulatory issues. Duties

  • Advise healthcare entities on issues related to Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs.
  • Guide healthcare operations, including licensing, medical staff matters, and compliance.
  • Offer counsel to diverse healthcare providers, including hospitals, physician organizations, behavioral health providers, pharmacies, managed care companies, and medical device vendors.
  • Navigate matters involving HIPAA and other health information privacy regulations, including business associate agreements, data use agreements, and data incident response.
  • Advise clients on federal anti-kickback and Stark regulations.
  • Foster team collaboration and client-centered service excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare regulatory experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
  • Proven experience advising a broad range of healthcare entities.
  • Strong commitment to client service and teamwork.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar or eligibility to be admitted in Washington.
