  • Stay current with changes in real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law within a law firm setting.
  • Strong transactional experience in commercial real estate law, including real estate transactions, leasing, lending, development, and zoning.
  • A valid law license in Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio is required.
  • Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio.
