Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in various practice areas, including Trust Administration, Corporate & Tax, and others.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans.
  • Advise clients on trust administration, tax-related matters, and corporate transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and stay current with changes in laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to manage complex legal matters.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
  • Experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Trust Administration, Corporate & Tax Law, Wills, and Estate Law.
  • Admission to the Bar in at least one state, with the ability to practice in California.
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Client-oriented approach with a focus on providing high-quality legal service.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in at least one state (California preferred).
  • Additional certifications in relevant practice areas are a plus (e.g., Estate Planning, Tax Law).

  • Expertise in Trust Administration, Corporate Law, Tax Law, and Estate Planning.
  • Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
