Duties

  • Represent clients in various immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum applications, and naturalization cases.
  • Draft and submit legal briefs, motions, and other immigration-related documents.
  • Provide legal consultations and maintain continuous communication with clients.
  • Attend hearings and interviews with immigration agencies such as USCIS and EOIR.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and provide support to senior attorneys.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing.
  • Passionate about immigration law and dedicated to helping immigrant communities.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail and timely deadlines.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Education
