The ideal candidate will have a track record in personal injury litigation, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Duties:

• Develop and execute case strategies to effectively represent clients in personal injury matters
• Manage all stages of litigation, from complaint through trial
• Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and other necessary documents
• Conduct depositions of both plaintiffs and defendants, as well as expert and lay witnesses
• Oversee case management, ensuring all deadlines and legal procedures are met
• Engage in settlement negotiations and handle disputes in a collaborative, results-oriented manner
• Serve as first or second chair in trials, depending on experience level

Requirements:

• Proven experience in personal injury litigation, including handling cases from inception to trial
• 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and motions
• Experience taking depositions and preparing cases for trial
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members
• Negotiation experience is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California
