Duties

• Litigation: Represent clients in court proceedings, prepare legal documents, conduct depositions, and develop case strategies.
• Transactional: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents; provide legal counsel on business transactions.
• Estate Planning/Probate: Meet with clients to prepare estate planning documents and assist in administering probate estates and trusts.
• Research & Writing: Conduct detailed legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other written legal materials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to strategize and achieve favorable client outcomes.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and legal trends relevant to practice areas.
• Manage multiple cases or transactions simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, transactional law, estate planning/probate, or legal research and writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Oklahoma.
