Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in antitrust matters. Duties:

  • Handle antitrust merger reviews and investigations.
  • Provide legal counsel on antitrust compliance and risk management.
  • Represent clients in antitrust litigation and enforcement actions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for antitrust cases.
  • Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Advise clients on competition and trade regulation issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in antitrust matters, preferably in a law firm.
  • Experience working at the Federal Trade Commission or Department of Justice is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of federal antitrust laws.
  • Substantive expertise in antitrust merger and litigation matters.
  • Ability to work independently and directly with clients.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, both oral and written.

Education and Certifications:
