A prominent law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Regulatory Attorney for their office located in White Plains, NY. This position is designed for an attorney with substantial experience in navigating the complexities of healthcare laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel to a broad spectrum of healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Duties:

  • Offer regulatory guidance to healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with both federal and state laws.
  • Advise on matters such as HIPAA, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other healthcare-related regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory law.
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to advise clients on compliance, risk management, and regulatory issues.
  • Expertise in handling regulatory matters involving healthcare providers and specialty practices.
  • Experience managing healthcare-related transactions, audits, and investigations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing.
