Duties

• Assist with structured finance, securitization, and asset-based lending transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and related materials.
• Provide support to senior attorneys on complex financial transactions and matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through communication and legal counsel.
• Prepare presentations, memoranda, and other deliverables for clients.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending.
• Experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
