Corporate Services Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle multiple legal matters simultaneously, from inception to conclusion.
• Draft and review sophisticated corporate documents with precision.
• Produce quality legal work and ensure that billable hours meet client service standards.
• Generate business through group and individual efforts.
• Utilize support staff or junior associates effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional work.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing complex corporate documents.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in good standing in Missouri (MO).
