Mid-level/Senior Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior corporate transactional associate to join its dynamic Corporate practice group. This role presents an ideal opportunity for an attorney with substantial experience in reviewing and drafting agreements, handling sophisticated transactions, and working in a fast-paced environment. Location:

• Cherry Hill, NJ

Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and private placements.

• Provide general business representation to clients, including advice on corporate governance and other related matters.

• Manage and coordinate complex corporate transactions with multiple parties involved.

• Work closely with senior attorneys and mentors to develop expertise in more specialized areas of corporate law.

• Ensure timely completion of assignments while meeting multiple competing deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of corporate transactional experience.

• Strong experience with contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and private placements.

• Securities law experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.

• Excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• NJ and/or PA bar license desired, but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• NJ and/or PA Bar license preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle complex corporate transactions and provide sound legal advice.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
