Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including preparing and filing cases, negotiating settlements, and litigating in court.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case evaluations.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to maximize client outcomes.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to gather information and negotiate effectively.
• Advocate passionately for clients in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive legal team while adhering to firm protocols and systems.

Requirements

• Active law license in good standing with either the North Carolina or South Carolina Bar Association.
• 2-3 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
