Location:

Duties:

  • Manage a steady stream of personal injury cases, crafting strategy and providing legal advice.
  • Review records and advise clients through the pre-litigation process.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to handle case-related tasks such as negotiations, liens, and case management.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple cases while managing time effectively.
  • Serve as a source of stability and comfort for clients through their legal journey.
  • Focus on legal strategy and client communication, while non-legal tasks (e.g., medical records, marketing) are delegated.

Requirements:

  • North Carolina Bar license (ability to reside anywhere in the U.S.).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases effectively.
  • Moderate proficiency with technology and case management software.
  • Personal injury law experience is preferred but not required; training and mentorship will be provided.
  • South Carolina Bar license (preferred but not required).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • North Carolina Bar license required.
  • South Carolina Bar license (preferred, but not required).
