A law firm seeks an experienced Partner to lead legal matters, uphold firm values, and contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. Duties

  • Deliver proactive, high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients.
  • Generate ethical revenue by identifying and addressing client legal needs through strategic guidance.
  • Foster client relationships through exceptional communication, in-person meetings, and regular updates.
  • Represent the firm as a brand ambassador by engaging in networking and community-building activities.
  • Uphold and enhance the firm's reputation by demonstrating high standards of professionalism, ethics, and legal expertise.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to associates, senior counsel, and paralegals to support team development.
  • Supervise and delegate legal work effectively to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with the firm's timekeeping policies and meet annual billable requirements.
  • Support firm marketing initiatives and actively contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant legal experience in the firm's core practice areas.
  • Proven success in client management, with at least 5 years of experience handling client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; experience with Filevine or other document management systems preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to upholding legal and ethical compliance standards.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
