Duties

• Represent emerging technology companies and investors in venture capital financings.
• Advise clients on private offerings and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with teams on high-profile deals and provide innovative solutions to complex legal matters.
• Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research, draft, and negotiate legal documents.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and support staff as needed.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies at a major law firm.
• Strong academic background with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Membership in the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
