Corporate Associate Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 5-9 years of experience to join its Corporate Practice Group focusing on project finance, including debt and tax equity, and M&A, with an emphasis on renewable energy-related transactions. The candidate will interface with colleagues across offices and practice groups and spend time on telephone and video calls with the clients. Will independently produce client-ready documents and will work with others on complex transactions. Must have experience with debt and tax equity project finance and M&A, managing deals and teams.

The candidate should have ability to communicate business goals into contract language; and JD degree from an accredited university.
