Associate Attorney Construction Law

Duties:

• Represent architects and engineers in construction-related legal matters.
• Handle complex construction claims, including professional liability defense.
• Provide legal advice and draft legal documents related to construction law issues.
• Manage case files, maintain client relationships, and provide strategic counsel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on case strategies and research.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in construction law or professional liability defense (preferred).
• Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar is required; New Jersey Bar membership is a plus.
• Proven experience with complex construction claims and related legal matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar (required).
• Membership in the New Jersey Bar (preferred).
