Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury litigation cases, including auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, orthopedic injuries, wrongful death, and traumatic brain injury (TBI) claims.
• Oversee all phases of litigation, from case initiation to trial, with support from partners, associates, and legal staff.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and participate in court proceedings.
• Engage in negotiations, mediation, and settlement discussions with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate closely with clients, ensuring effective communication and case updates.
• Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and expert witness coordination.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A demonstrated passion for representing injury victims against insurance companies and large corporations.
• Previous experience handling pre-litigation or litigation personal injury cases preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
