Senior Associate Attorney - General Litigation

A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join its Glendale, CA office in a hybrid capacity. Duties

• Manage cases from inception to resolution, ensuring thorough oversight and attention to detail.
• Draft legal pleadings and motions, both initiating and opposing, to support case objectives.
• Conduct depositions and attend court appearances to represent clients effectively.
• Investigate claims and gather necessary evidence to strengthen legal arguments.
• Provide sound legal advice and regular updates to clients on their case progress.

Requirements

• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with demonstrated trial experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to multitask and work under deadlines, both independently and within a team setting.
• Experience mentoring junior attorneys or legal staff is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the California State Bar is required.
