A law firm is seeking a Corporate mergers and acquisitions private equity associate attorney for its Naples, FL, location.

Job Overview:

  • Provide legal counsel and support in corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients to facilitate successful deals.
  • Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.

Duties:

  • Conduct due diligence investigations and draft transactional documents.
  • Assist in negotiating and structuring mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to corporate law and securities regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Am Law 100 law firms.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of corporate law and securities regulations.
  • Proficiency in drafting transactional documents.
