Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis to support case strategies.
• Assist in managing client relationships and case communications.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and court requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License.
