Duties

• Represent clients in matrimonial and family law cases, including contested and high-net-worth divorce matters.
• Develop legal strategies and advocate in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel tailored to each client's needs.
• Negotiate settlements while prioritizing client interests and legal rights.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of legal representation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in family and divorce law.
• Strong litigation skills, with experience handling contested divorce and family law cases.
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong legal research and writing skills.
• Client-focused approach with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
